Reiki Treatments
A Reiki treatment is an ancient form of healing that assists universal life force energy to move around the body where it has the ability to dissolve any negative or unwanted blockages that can exist within our Energy System.
This type of healing is gentle, relaxing but powerful in restoring energy within your energetic and physical body. It is especially beneficial in helping to clear stress, grounding and clearing the energy field from unwanted energy, and most of all it relaxes the mind and the body.
With over 25 years experience in working with Reiki and the energy system, and with the training of being a Reiki Master, you can feel comfortable in knowing that each healing will assist in restoring and balancing your energy field.
Sessions are available both in person at Intuitive Wisdoms Mt Pleasant Studio, SA or by distance via either by phone or absent healing.
All sessions go for approximately 1 hour, with an extra 15min for live in person or phone healings to discuss what occured during the Reiki treatment.
Reiki Treatments – In Person
All forms of Reiki Treatments are just as powerful as each other but there is something special about experiencing an in person treatment especially if this is your first Reiki session.
A Reiki session will begin with you laying on a massage table (fully clothed) and often with enough pillows and blankets to make you feel comfortable. In my practice, there will be gentle music playing in the background and you will be encouraged to close your eyes, take some nice deep breaths and relax.
Reiki is then applied through a light touch or slight hover over different hand placements over the body. When this occurs there is an intention of channeling Reiki (lifeforce) energy at each hand placement. Lifeforce energy is a positive force and no matter where my hands are, the energy will naturally be drawn to any collection of negative energy within the body. This will then clear away the excess blockages, opening the way for the client’s natural healing ability to do the rest.
At the moment my only workspace is my healing studio in Mount Pleasant in South Australia.
Reiki Treatments via a live phone session
Reiki Treatment via a live phone session, utilises Reiki Distance healing techniques, working with your spirit guardians, and utilising Reiki healing meditation techniques. All in the comfort of your own home.
To begin with, each phone session starts with a small discussion, followed by me asking if you are in a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You can either lie down or sit up for the session, which ever you find more comfortable. Also because sometimes music can come through the connection distorted, I will ask that if you would like background music then play something that you find relaxing on your end. It is also important that you are warm so have an extra blanket ready in case you need it.
Next I will create a sacred space between the two of us and then talk you through a short Reiki Relaxation meditation before beginning the healing. After that, you won’t hear from me until the end of the session where we discuss what came up during the healing.
FAQ – Does it differ from an in person healing? You might be surprised to learn that it really doesn’t differ much from an in person session. When I create the sacred space between us and begin the healing, I can actually feel your energetic body on my massage table, exactly as if you were there in person.
Reiki Treatments – Absent Healing
An Absent Healing Reiki Treatment, means that there is no live contact between us. Instead we book a mutal time (one where you can guarentee that you won’t be disturbed and are somewhere where you are comfortable and relaxed, as the more relaxed you are, then the more open you are in receiving Reiki’s healing energy) where the distance healing is sent at that time.
This form of Reiki Treatment is similar to a phone treatment, however any information about your Reiki session will be sent to you via email.
Reiki Treatment
1hr session- These Reiki Sessions are for booking either an in-person or phone Session.
- A Reiki session allows for the flow of life-force energy into your energy field. This helps to dissolve energy blockages and brings your energy field back into balance.
- Session includes the Reiki Healing and then a discussion of the session including an guidance from your spiritual guides.
A Deeper Reiki Treatment
1.5hr Sessions- A Deeper Reiki Treatment, allows for the space and time to bring a stronger flow of Reiki energy into your energy field.
- These sessions are perfect for those who feel overwhelmed, stressed, ungrounded or that their energy feels like it is depleted or running low.
- The Session includes the Reiki Treatment and then a discussion of the session including any guidance from your spiritual guides.
- This session can be done both in-person and via a phone healing.
Absent Reiki Healings
1hr Session + Email Report- These sessions need to be booked in at a particular time where you will be in a relaxed space, or they can also be sent overnight while you are asleep.
- Any information from the healing including guidance from your spiritual guides will be sent via an email report.
